Each order from Shared Moments is produced using eco friendly ink with top-of-the-line printers to produce crisp, high-quality images for each on our products. They are hand crafted with skill and care by one of our in-house artisans using a process that will ensure the longest possible life for your beautiful memories.
All order enters our production facilities immediately upon placement of the order, it is extremely important that you review your order for correctness prior to submission. Please check your spelling, dates, and names very carefully. The completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was sent.
If there is any manufacturing defect in your photo product, please contact us right away and we will work with you to rectify the situation. We ask that this is done within 30 days of receipt.
